Formulating a Winning Annual Business Plan
Even organizations with clear and sound long-term visions and strategies sometimes have difficulty driving out their annual business plan. Too often, the “plan” is really a set of financial targets and a few “statements of intent”, or one or more organizational leaders or departments are not aligned.
